1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing and using Vice-Forge.com (the "Website") or utilizing the visual loader builder and resource compiler (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services, and at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our Website or Services.

2. The Services

ViceForge provides a browser-based visualization utility allowing users to design visual parameters, text, colors, layouts, and external stream linkages (e.g., YouTube soundtracks) to compile a custom loading screen package. The output is a ZIP package containing an `fxmanifest.lua` and a standard minified `index.html` structure suited for FiveM GTA V/GTA 6 server configurations.

3. Licensing and Allowed Usage

Upon exporting resources from ViceForge, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the compiled loading screen package on multiplayer roleplay servers operated by you or your community.

Strict Restriction: You may not resell, repackage, distribute, or sub-license the compiled ZIP templates, HTML/CSS code, or structural layouts as standalone development assets or on commercial mod stores. The license is strictly limited to server deployment.

4. Payment, Upgrades, & Refunds

ViceForge offers a free tier as well as premium tier upgrades processed through Stripe, including: One-Time Download, 24-Hour Pass, Pro Monthly Subscription, and One-Year Access.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically in advance. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe billing portal or Account Dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: Because all visual tools, customizers, and previews are fully functional in the browser before purchasing, all sales are considered final and refunds are generally not offered unless required by law. Please review your designs in the canvas before upgrading.

5. User Content and Cloud Deployments

You are solely responsible for all content, text, links, rules, community names, background images, and videos you upload, input, or deploy using the Services.

Acceptable Use Policy (Cloud Deployments):

By utilizing the "Instant Cloud Deployment" feature to host your loading screen on ViceForge's domains (e.g., vice-forge.com/loading-screen/*), you strictly agree NOT to deploy any content that is:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or containing NSFW material.
  • Illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark of any third party.
  • Malicious, including scripts designed to phish, crash, or exploit user browsers.

Takedown & Termination Rights: ViceForge actively reserves the right to immediately take down, delete, or suspend any deployed loading screen URL at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates this Acceptable Use Policy. If your deployment is taken down for a violation, your account and active subscriptions will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued.

DMCA & Copyright Liability: ViceForge acts as a safe harbor service provider for user-deployed content. Users must own or have licenses for all custom assets they deploy. If you believe a deployed loading screen infringes on your copyright, please report it immediately to abuse@vice-forge.com.

External Streams: If you input a YouTube Video ID to embed background music, you represent that you have the right to stream the soundtrack. ViceForge does not host, store, or license any external music assets.

Custom Typography: Premium tier users uploading custom font configurations must verify they hold appropriate usage and redistribution licenses for the target fonts.

6. Account Termination

ViceForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

The ViceForge editor interface, custom templates, compilers, layout definitions, branding, and website assets are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by ViceForge.

Trademarks: "Grand Theft Auto", "GTA V", "GTA VI", "FiveM", "Cfx.re", and "Rockstar Games" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. ViceForge is a completely independent editor tool and is in no way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Refer to our Trademark & Legal Disclaimer for detailed attributions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViceForge, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to multiplayer server suspensions, hosting modifications, service downtime, data loss, or payment processing errors.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
